yo brahmacārī vidhim etam āsthitaś caret pṛthivyāṃ gurusevane rataḥ
saṃprāpya vidyām api durlabhāṃ tāṃ phalaṃ hi tasyāḥ sakalaṃ hi vindati //

The brahmacārin who, relying on this rule, moves about on earth devoted to serving his guru, / having obtained even that knowledge which is difficult to attain, truly acquires its full fruit.
