narāj jātāni tattvāni nārāṇīti tato viduḥ
tāny eva cāyanaṃ tasya tena nārāyaṇaḥ smṛtaḥ //
The principles born from Nara are therefore known as Nāra; / and those very principles are His resting place (ayana); hence He is remembered as Nārāyaṇa.
