1.42

tatastu vāmanaṃ nāma caturdaśatamaṃ smṛtam /
saṃkhyayā daśasāhasraṃ proktaṃ kulapate purā //

Then the Vāmana by name is remembered as the fourteenth;
it was spoken anciently, O head of the hermitage, as ten thousand in number.
