etadvistarataḥ sarvaṃ brūhi me vadatāṃ vara /
kalpānte yadbhavetkaṣṭaṃ lokānāṃ tattvameva ca //
Tell me all this in detail, O best of speakers, / and indeed the truth of what hardship befalls creatures at the end of a kalpa.
