prātaḥsnānaṃ tataḥ sandhyāṃ kuryād devarṣitarpaṇam /
devānāmarcanaṃ kṛtvā homaṃ kuryād yathāvidhi //
She performed the morning bath, then the twilight worship, and libations to gods and sages;
having worshipped the gods, she would perform the fire offering according to the prescribed rule.
