varṣākāle cārdravāsāścareccāndrāyaṇāni ca /
hemante tu tataḥ prāpte toyamadhye vasetsadā //
During the rainy season, she would wear wet clothes and perform the cāndrāyaṇa fasts;
and when the winter season arrived, she would constantly dwell in the middle of water.
