tatastu tāṃ śatrubalasya senāṃ kṣaṇena cāpancyutabāṇaghātaiḥ /
vidhvastahastyaśvarathānmahātmā jagrāha cakraṃ ripusaṅghanāśanaḥ //
Then, having in an instant destroyed that army of the enemy's force with strikes of arrows loosed from bows, / shattering its elephants, horses, and chariots, the great-souled destroyer of hosts of foes seized the discus.
