jvalacca cakraṃ niśitaṃ bhayaṃkaraṃ surāsurāṇāṃ ca sudarśanaṃ raṇe /
cakarta daityasya śirastadānīṃ karātpramuktaṃ madhughātinaśca tat //
And the blazing discus, sharp and terrible, the Sudarśana to gods and asuras in battle, / released then from the hand of the slayer of Madhu, severed the head of the Daitya.
