evaṃ jñātvā tu vidhinā vartitavyaṃ dvijātibhiḥ /
paraṃ brahma japadbhiśca vārtitavyaṃ muhurmuhuḥ //

Knowing this, twice-born people must act according to rule, / and repeating the supreme Brahman, they should conduct themselves again and again.
