yatkiṃcitkriyate jāpyaṃ yacca dānaṃ pradīyate /
narmadājalamāśritya tatsarvaṃ cākṣayaṃ bhavet //
Whatever recitation is performed, and whatever gift is given,
taking refuge in the water of the Narmadā, all that becomes inexhaustible.
