tairjapadbhistapadbhiśca satataṃ dvijasattamaiḥ /
bhrājate sā saricchreṣṭhā tārābhir dyaur grahairiva //

Because of those best of twice-born constantly chanting and performing austerities, / that best of rivers shone like the sky with stars and planets.
