śāpaṃ dattvā tadā krodhād brāhmaṇāya yudhiṣṭhira /
daridrāḥ satataṃ mūrkhā bhaveyuśca yayurgṛhān //

Then, having in anger uttered a curse upon the brāhmaṇas, O Yudhiṣṭhira— / 'May they always be poor and foolish!'—they went to their homes.
