prakṛtyā saha saṃyuktaḥ kālo bhūtvā maheśvaraḥ /
viśvarūpā mahābhāgā tasya pārśve vyavasthitā //
Conjoined with Prakṛti, Maheśvara became Time; / she, of universal form and greatly fortunate, stood at his side.
