etattīrthavaraṃ puṇyaṃ liṅgo yatra janārdanaḥ /
vañcayitvā ripūnsaṃkhye krodho bhūtvā sanātanaḥ //
This is an excellent, holy pilgrimage place where Janārdana is a liṅga, / having deceived his foes in battle, becoming the eternal wrath.
