tatra tīrthe tu vikhyātaṃ vṛṣakhātam iti śrutam /
bhṛguṇā tatra rājendra tapastaptaṃ purā kila //
At that pilgrimage place, indeed, is the well-known [spot] known as Vṛṣakhāta; / it is reported that in ancient times Bhṛgu performed ascetic penance there, O best of kings.
