etacchrutvā vṛṣo gatvā dharṣaṇārthaṃ dvijottamam /
narmadāyāstaṭe ramye samīpe cāśrame bhṛguḥ //

Hearing this, the bull went to overpower that best of the twice-born, / to Bhṛgu near his hermitage on the charming bank of the Narmadā.
