etacchrutvā bhṛguśreṣṭho devadevena bhāṣitam /
prahṛṣṭavadano bhūtvā tatraiva saṃsthito dvijaḥ //
Having heard this spoken by the god of gods,
the best of the twice-born, the foremost of the Bhṛgus, became delighted in face and remained right there.
