śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tato gacchenmahīpāla eraṇḍītīrthamuttamam /
snānamātreṇa tatraiva brahmahatyā praṇaśyati //

RKV chapter 185 / The glorious Mārkaṇḍeya said: / Then, O protector of the earth, one should go to the excellent Eraṇḍītīrtha; / merely by a sacred bath there, brahmanicide is destroyed.
