anena vidhinā rājaṃstuṣṭo devo maheśvaraḥ /
vidhinā tīrthayogena kṣayarogād vimucyate //
The god Maheśvara is pleased by this rite, O king; / by this rule and by the efficacy of the pilgrimage place, he is freed from consumption.
