mārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tasyaivānantaraṃ cānyacchikhitīrthamanuttamam /
pradhānaṃ sarvatīrthānāṃ pañcāyatanamuttamam //
Mārkaṇḍeya said:
Immediately after it is another, the supreme Śikhitīrtha,
the foremost of all pilgrimage places, an excellent group of five shrines.
