baṭuruvāca:
santāpamanutāpaṃ vā bhojanārthaṃ dvijarṣabhāḥ /
mā kurudhvaṃ yathānyāyaṃ siddhe 'gre gṛhameṣyathā //
The student novice said: / "O best of the twice-born, do not feel anguish or regret / for the sake of food! Come home in due order once it is ready before us."
