221.11

eko devastvaṃ hi sargasya kartā nānāvidhaṃ sṛṣṭametattvayaiva /
ahaṃ sṛṣṭastvīdṛśo yattvayā vai so 'yaṃ doṣo dhātar addhā tavaiva //

You are the one God, the maker of creation; this manifold [world] was created by you alone. / Since I was created such by you, truly this fault is yours alone, O Creator!
