yudhiṣṭhira uvāca:
vidhānaṃ ca yamāṃścaiva niyamāṃśca vadasva me /
prāyaścittārthagamane ko vidhistaṃ vadasva me //

Yudhiṣṭhira said:
Tell me the procedure, the restraints, and the observances;
when one goes for the purpose of expiation, tell me what the rule is.
