trikālamarcayedīśaṃ devadevaṃ trilocanam /
daśāṃśena tu rājendra homaṃ tatraiva kārayet //
one should worship the lord, the god of gods, the three-eyed one, at the three times of day;
and one should have a homa performed right there with a tenth part [of the count], O king of kings.
