paśukīṭapataṅgeṣu tiryagyonigateṣu ca /
svakarmaṇā mahādeva tvadbhaktiracalāstu me //
may my devotion to you remain steadfast in birth after birth, O Mahādeva! / Even among animals, insects, birds, and those born of animal wombs / through my own past actions, O Mahādeva, may my devotion to you remain steadfast!"
