yudhiṣṭhira uvāca:
pippalādasya caritaṃ śrotumicchāmyahaṃ vibho /
māhātmyaṃ tasya tīrthasya yatra siddho mahātapāḥ //
Yudhiṣṭhira said: / I wish to hear the life of Pippalāda, O Lord, / [and] the glorification of that pilgrimage place where that one of great austerities attained perfection.
