śāntadāntajitakrodhāñchāstrayuktān vicakṣaṇān /
teṣāṃ caivopadeśena karīṣāgniṃ prasādhayet //
who are tranquil, restrained, conquerors of anger, learned in the treatises, and discerning; / and by their instruction he may arrange a fire of dried cow-dung.
