ye prayacchanti kṛtino graste sūrye niśākare /
teṣāṃ saṃkhyāṃ na jānāmi puṇyasyābdaśātair api //
those fortunate ones who give [such a cow] when the sun or moon is eclipsed, / I do not know the measure of their religious merit even after hundreds of years.
