sarvasyāpi hi dānasya saṃkhyāstīha narādhipa /
candrasūryoparāge ca dānasaṃkhyā na vidyate //
For indeed, there is a limit to all gifts in this world, O king; / but during an eclipse of the moon or the sun, there is no limit to [the fruit of] a gift.
