jaṭāmadhyasthitāṃ gaṅgāṃ mocayasveti bhūtale /
bhāsvantī sā tato muktā rudreṇa śirasā bhuvi //
"Release Gaṅgā, who is within your matted hair, onto the surface of the earth!" / Then the shining one was released by Rudra onto the earth from his head.
