tasmiṃs tīrthe tu yaḥ kaścit tyajed dehaṃ vidhānataḥ /
tasya bhavati yatpuṇyaṃ tacchṛṇuṣva narādhipa //
Whoever abandons his body in that pilgrimage place according to the prescribed rite,
hear what religious merit arises for him, O ruler of men:
