sthānādi daśa catvāri na śobhante sureśvara /
praṇamāmy alpavīryatvād vedahīnaḥ sureśvara //
The fourteen realms do not shine, O lord of gods; / devoid of the Vedas, I bow down because of my diminished vigor, O lord of gods!
