mūrcchāpannaṃ tato vyāsaṃ dṛṣṭvā devāḥ savāsavāḥ /
hāhākāramukhāḥ sarve tatrājagmuḥ sahasraśaḥ //

Then, seeing Vyāsa fallen into a faint, the gods accompanied by Vāsava, / all uttering cries of 'Alas! Alas!', came there by the thousands.
