cañcaditi . atrāpi bhāratītyanuṣajjyate . ye tvāṃ cetasi hṛtpadme sthirāṃ kṛtvā
niścitya . kṣaṇamapi dhyāyanti svātmatayopāsate .

On "cañcat...": Here too, the vocative "O Bhāratī!" is carried over. Those who, having made you steadfast—firmly resolved—in the mind, that is, in the heart lotus, meditate even for an instant, venerating you as identical with their own self.
