avaimi doṣāpagamasya hetuṃ tamopahāṃ sambhṛtapadmarāgām |
aśeṣavandyāṃ maṇipāduke tvāṃ raṅgeśasūryodayapūrvasandhyām ||
I know you, O gem-sandal, as the dawn that precedes the rising of the sun that is Raṅgeśa, / the cause of night’s departure, dispelling darkness, filled with red lotus-radiance, worshipped by all.
