muninā maṇipāduke tvayā ca prathitābhyāṃ śaṭhakopasaṃjñayaiva |
dvitayaṃ sakalopajīvyamāsītprathamena śrutiranyatastadarthaḥ ||
O gem sandal, through you and the sage, both celebrated by the name Śaṭhakopa alone, / a pair became the sustenance of all: from the first came the Śruti, and from the other, its meaning.
