ramyālokā lalitagamanā padmarāgādharoṣṭhī madhye kṣāmā maṇivalayinī mauktikavyaktahāsā |
śyāmā nityaṃ haritamaṇibhiḥ śārṅgiṇaḥ pādarakṣe manye dhāturbhavasi mahilānirmitau mātṛkā tvam ||

Charming to look upon, of graceful gait, with lower lip of ruby, / slender in the waist, wearing jeweled bracelets, displaying a smile of pearls, / perpetually youthful with emeralds, O footwear of the wielder of the Śārṅga, / I think you are the Creator's prototype in fashioning a woman.
