There is the world named Upodaka, in which this fire is; then Ṛtadhāman, in which the wind is; then Śiva, in which the moon is; then Aparājita, in which the sun is; then Adhidyu, in which Varuṇa is; then Pradyu, in which Death is; then Rocana, in which hunger is. Beyond this, day and night do not reach; beyond this, it is entered once for all, like the appearance of lightning or of kindled firewood gathered together. Now, these above are Prajāpati's worlds: Kāma is the eighth; Suvar is the ninth; the firmament itself is the tenth day. This is the entry; that is the exit. These worlds are indeed these days of the twelve-day rite. Whoever knows this thus, these worlds indeed become his.
