The fifteen-verse and the seventeen-verse are two; that is an Anuṣṭubh. It was indeed the Anuṣṭubh among meters that attained the world of self-rule. Prajāpati is the Anuṣṭubh; Prajāpati is self-rule. Food is virāj. Having become established in virāj, proper food, they went to the world of self-rule. Having become established in virāj, proper food, he goes to the world of self-rule who knows thus. It has the Bṛhat as its pṛṣṭha. Yonder is the Bṛhat; yonder is self-rule. They went to yonder world of self-rule by this. He goes to yonder world of self-rule who knows thus. In its Ārbhava pavamāna the specified sāman 'The drop shines forth across the ocean wide' is not used; there is a sāman of heaven containing the word 'ika'. For yonder world is turned toward [us], as it were. They thus make the stoma prosperous by its proper form. Moreover, that it contains the word 'ika' is [thought]: 'Lest we fall away, turned away from the heavenly world.'
