Now this is the Mahātrikakup.
He who desires prosperity, who desires the office of domestic priest, should sacrifice with it.
Three are the peaks, three are the prosperities, three are these worlds.
Those very ones he secures by it.
With the Trivṛt they praise around the Pañcadaśa.
Brahman indeed is the Trivṛt, the royal power is the Pañcadaśa.
With brahman they thus encompass the royal power.
With the Saptadaśa they praise around the Ekaviṃśa.
Brahman indeed is the Saptadaśa, the royal power is the Ekaviṃśa.
With brahman they thus encompass the royal power.
With the Triṇava they praise around the Trayastriṃśa.
Brahman indeed is the Triṇava, the royal power is the Trayastriṃśa.
With brahman they thus encompass the royal power.
When, indeed, one encompasses the royal power with brahman, then he attains the office of domestic priest for him; he attains the office of domestic priest, they place him in front.
