sa vai saṃpratyevopavaset | saṃprati vṛtraṃ hanāni saṃprati dviṣantam bhrātṛvyaṃ hanānīti
One may (enter on the) fast at the very time (of full moon), thinking, 'Now I will slay Vritra, now I will slay the spiteful enemy!'
