jiṣṇū ratheṣṭhā iti rājanya eva jaitram mahimānaṃ dadhāti tasmātpurā rājanyo jiṣṇurjajñe
'The victorious warrior:' on the Râganya he thereby bestows the grandeur of victoriousness, whence of old the Râganya was born as one victorious.
