trirvipalyayate | trirhi kṛtvaḥ paryeti tadyāvatkṛtvaḥ paryeti tāvatkṛtvo vipalyayate
Thrice he perambulates it, for thrice he walks round it (whilst sprinkling): thus as many times as he walks round it, so many times does he perambulate it.
