ahorātrā́ṇī́ṣṭakāḥ /
ṛṣabhò 'si svargó lokáḥ /
yásyāṃ diśí mahī́yase /
táto no máha ā́vaha /
vāyúr bhūtvā́ sárvā díśa ā́vāhi /
sárvā díśó 'nuvívāhi /
sárvā díśó 'nusáṃvāhi /
cíttyā cítim ā́pṛṇa /
ácittyā cítim ā́pṛṇa /
cíd asi samudráyoniḥ /

the days and nights are the bricks. / You are the bull, the heavenly world. / In whatever direction you are magnified, / from there bring us greatness. / Becoming the wind, blow toward all directions; / blow along through all directions; / blow together along all directions. / Fill the pile with thought; / fill the pile without thought. / Thought you are, born from the ocean.
