táṃ dhātā́ práty amuñcata sá bhūtáṃ vy àkalpayat |
téna tváṃ dviṣató jahi ||21||
Dhātar fastened it on; he disposed (vi-kḷp) [all] existence; with it do thou slay thy haters.
