pratyáṅ devā́nāṃ víśaḥ pratyáṅṅ úd eṣi mā́nuṣīḥ |
pratyáṅ víśvaṃ svàr dr̥śé ||20||
In front of the clans of the gods, in front of those of men thou risest; in front of every one, for seeing the sky (svàr).
