vāyúr antárikṣasyā́dhipatiḥ sá māvatu |
asmín bráhmaṇy asmín kármaṇy asyā́ṃ purodhā́yām asyā́ṃ pratiṣṭhā́yām asyā́ṃ |
cíttyām asyā́m ā́kūtyām asyā́m āśíṣy asyā́ṃ deváhūtyāṃ svā́hā ||8||
Vāyu is overlord of the atmosphere; let him favor etc. etc.
