pippalī́ kṣiptabheṣajy ùtā́tividdhabheṣajī́ |
tā́ṃ devā́ḥ sám akalpayann iyáṃ jī́vitavā́ álam ||1||
The berry (pippalī́), remedy for what is bruised (? kṣiptá), and remedy for what is pierced—that did the gods prepare (sam-kalpay-) that is sufficient for life.
