punántu mā devajanā́ḥ punántu mánavo dhiyā́ |
punántu víśvā bhūtā́ni pávamānaḥ punātu mā ||1||
Let the god-folk purify me; let men (mánu) purify me with prayer (dhī́); let all beings purify me; let the purifying one purify me.
