śivā́ naḥ śáṃtamā bhava sumr̥ḍīkā́ sarasvati |
mā́ te yuyoma saṃdŕ̥śaḥ ||1||
Be thou propitious, most wealful to us, very gracious, O Sarasvatī; let us not be separated from sight of thee.
